All of our grooms  begin with a body massage; cleaning of ears; eyes; anal glands; teeth (de-scaling if possible); general health check; wash in top quality shampoos; and finally a first class professional groom.
 
Health checks offered are in the form of looking for any unusual lumps or bumps; infections; etc. at which time we would recommend a visit to your vet.
 
WE ARE NOT VETERINARY TRAINED AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD MAKE A DIAGNOSIS.
 However, we could be the first stop for customers who are unaware that their pet may have something ‘unusual’ which may need treatment.

The one thing we can promise you is  that whether you come to us  for a groom; food; or any accessories; we will offer you the most pleasant and professional service available.

For customers with two or more dogs there is a special discount as there is for our regular customers.
